Join us for a 45min. class  which includes a short discussion on the intention of practice, guided breathwork, gentle seated movement, and a "guide-in" meditation, followed by 15min. of silence.   - Rotating Student Teacher

Silent Meditation

Complementary to our community, the center will be opened every weekday for a 30 minute silent meditation. At the beginning of the session, the doors will be closed and a singing bowl will be played to begin the practice; a singing bowl will be played again to close the practice. This is time for personal practice, in community with other.  Some meditation experience recommended.

Yoga with Megan

Megan is a therapeutic yoga professional who specializes in making Yoga practice accessible to every body. Each 90 minute yoga class with Megan will include gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and guided relaxation. All practices in this class are designed to nourish you on all levels of your being; body, mind, & soul. Beginners welcomed and encouraged.

Ashtanga with Lisa Tendler

Ashtanga is an ancient system of yoga that unites breath, focus points, and postures to create a concentrated meditative self practice. The practice is done with a set series of postures learned gradually over a period of time, in vinyasa style, creating internal heat to purify the body, improving circulation, for strong body and a calm mind. This class will sometimes deviate from the tradional sequence of the practice so come with an open mind and heart.

** Appropriate for someone new to the practice or those who are looking to refine or recommit to their practice.

Join us for a 6 week series on how to begin a meditation practice. Throughout this series you will:

- Learn how to adjust your body to feel more at ease in seated posture

- Explore the mind-body relationship

- Learn tools to help calm the mind

- Discover resources that can shift old habits and patterns

- Expand your sense of self beyond fears and self-judgement

- Awaken your ability to connect to your own insight and wisdom

- Develop a daily practice
